Self-contained apartment with its own entrance in a 16th century farmhouse in a borgo (hamlet) at the end of its own road. It is surrounded by cherry orchards, vineyards, woods, and open fields. The views, especially from the grassed area where you can eat out or just sit, are extensive, with the peak of Monte Cimone in the distance. Next to the house is one of the defensive towers which are a feature of the area. Being in the foothills of the Apennines, the climate is pleasanter, even in mid-summer, than in the Po Valley below. Bed and Breakfast also offered. |
