Casa Monzone

Self-contained apartment with its own entrance in a 16th century farmhouse in a borgo (hamlet) at the end of its own road. It is surrounded by cherry orchards, vineyards, woods, and open fields. The views, especially from the garden area where you can eat out or just sit, are extensive, with the peak of Monte Cimone in the distance. Next to the house is one of the defensive towers which are a feature of the area. Being in the foothills of the Apennines, the climate is pleasanter, even in mid-summer, than in the Po Valley below.

Ground Floor Apartment
This comprises a kitchen, with cooker, fridge, and washing machine; shower-room, with bidet, etc.; sitting-room, pleasantly furnished, with exposed stone and wooden beams, and containing a double bed-settee for a possible third occupant or two; the bedroom, with double bed. Bed and Breakfast also offered in this apartment.

A Deposit of 50% of the total must be received two months before the date of arrival (100% if booking at shorter notice). In the event of cancellation, this will be refunded less £50, if the accommodation is re-let.
