BREWING HOLIDAYS Ca Monzone houses the White Dog Brewery. This is a micro producing a range of cask-conditioned real ales and as such is the only producer of its kind in Italy. Our brewing holidays are aimed at people who appreciate real ale and are curious to learn how it is produced. The package includes accommodation, evening meals (in which beers features both in the dishes and as accompaniment, as well as some typical Emilia Romagna meals out) and an introduction to brewing. The introduction is practical and guests are encouraged to assist in all key stages of the brewing process mash, boil, fermentation and casking as well, of course, as in the final test - tasting.. We leave the level of assisatnce and time spent to your discretion you can simply watch or actively become involved in the production process, as the work can be heavy and messy.
